I. Welcome

We are excited to have you in the Regenesis Network. Our goal is to help you:

·       Grow personal and organizational performance.

·       Sustain success through practical application of Regenesis tools.

·       Extend the benefits of Regenesis to others responsibly.

By participating, you are agreeing to use the system respectfully and collaboratively.


II. Your Responsibilities

Using Regenesis

·       Do Not Create Derivatives: You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Cycle of Regenesis, MasterMaps, or Source Materials.

·       Share Properly: Share only via approved links or under agreed arrangements with your Regenesis coach, mentor, or Global Network Lead.

·       Protect Confidentiality: Keep all materials secure and do not share them outside approved channels.

Commercial & Confidential Obligations

·       Maintain the confidentiality of any client, commercial, or personal information you receive.

·       Honor income share or cost reduction arrangements where applicable (35–90% of completed purchase value).

·       Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.


III. Our Commitment

We aim to provide:

·       Extreme value in all products and services.

·       Support for your personal and organizational growth.

·       Assistance to help you use Regenesis effectively and ethically.


IV. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, MasterMaps, Source Materials, software, and videos:

·       Is the exclusive property of Thomas Welsh Publishing & RegenesisWorks.com.

·       Is protected under UK, Indian, and international copyright laws.

·       May not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used commercially without our express written consent.

When you post content on our sites, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.


V. Fulfilment & Payment Policy

·       Access & Information: Users must provide accurate personal or organizational information.

·       Payments: You are responsible for all fees and taxes. Payment methods must be authorized by the cardholder.

·       Security: Transactions are encrypted with bank-grade SSL.

·       Refunds: All sales are final. A rolling 30-day money-back guarantee applies only if explicitly offered at the time of purchase.


VI. Confidentiality & NDA

6.1 For Users

·       Keep Regenesis materials confidential.

·       Share only as permitted with other individuals or organizations under approved agreements.

6.2 For Coaches, Mentors, Distributors, and Suppliers

·       Do not disclose client information or other proprietary data.

·       Maintain security of all commercial and personal information you receive.


VII. Limitation of Liability

·       We provide all materials and services “as is” without warranties.

·       Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service.

·       We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


VIII. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TWP&R, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims arising from:

·       Your use or misuse of Regenesis materials or services.

·       Violation of these Terms.

·       Any data or content you provide.


IX. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

·       Governed by the laws of England & Wales (for UK-based agreements) or as stated per country/jurisdiction.

·       All disputes must be resolved in courts within the agreed jurisdiction.

·       Class action or group claims are waived; disputes must be pursued individually.


X. Termination

·       We may terminate access if you breach these Terms.

·       You are responsible for returning or destroying confidential information upon termination.

·       Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.


XI. Engagement & Service Agreements

Applicable to all Global Network Leads, organizational clients, and individual clients:

·       Fees, services, scope, and responsibilities are outlined in your specific MOU, engagement letter, or supply agreement.

·       All parties must maintain confidentiality as per the MOU & NDA.

·       Our liability is limited to failure to deliver agreed services; we provide no legal or professional advice beyond our materials.


XII. Acceptance

By using our websites or ordering products:

·       You acknowledge reading and agreeing to these Terms.

·       You accept the MOU & NDA provisions.

·       You agree to the Fulfillment Policy and related engagement agreements.

 3. Annex 2: RGNL & Organizational Clients (RGNLOC)

Purpose: Define the framework for RGNL’s engagement with organizational clients.

Key Responsibilities of RGNL:

1.     Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational clients introduced through the network.

2.     Ensure client needs are understood and communicated to Regenesis.

3.     Facilitate program introductions, workshops, and customized engagements.

4.     Support client satisfaction and measure initial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of Organizational Clients:

1.     Provide RGNL with accurate and timely information regarding organizational goals and challenges.

2.     Participate actively in discussions, workshops, and implementation of programs.

3.     Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary and strategic information.

Relationship Principles:

·       Clear communication and expectations from the start.

·       Mutual accountability for progress and outcomes.

·       Respect for timelines, commitments, and data protection standards.

 2. Annex I: Regenesis & Global Network Lead (RGNL)

Purpose: Define the relationship, responsibilities, and expectations between Regenesis and the Global Network Lead.

Key Responsibilities of RGNL:

1.     Act as the primary liaison between Regenesis and the global network of partners, clients, and stakeholders.

2.     Identify strategic opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and network growth.

3.     Support Regenesis in promoting programs, workshops, and services within the network.

4.     Maintain accurate reporting on engagement, opportunities, and outcomes.

5.     Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in all network interactions.

Key Responsibilities of Regenesis:

1.     Provide RGNL with access to tools, programs, and resources necessary for network engagement.

2.     Offer timely guidance, updates, and support to enable effective outreach.

3.     Ensure alignment of RGNL activities with Regenesis values, objectives, and client commitments.

4.     Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Relationship Principles:

·       Transparency and regular communication.

·       Mutual respect for strategic priorities and boundaries.

·       Collaborative focus on growth, knowledge sharing, and impact.

4.  Annex 3: RGNL & Individual Clients

Purpose: Outline the roles and responsibilities of RGNL in working with individual clients.

Key Responsibilities of RGNL:

1.     Introduce individual clients to appropriate Regenesis programs and services.

2.     Guide clients through program selection and onboarding.

3.     Monitor client engagement and initial results.

4.     Report progress and feedback to Regenesis.

Key Responsibilities of Individual Clients:

1.     Engage honestly and actively with RGNL and Regenesis programs.

2.     Provide clear personal and professional objectives to enable tailored guidance.

3.     Maintain confidentiality and respect professional boundaries.

Relationship Principles:

·       Emphasis on trust, clarity, and actionable outcomes.

·       Collaborative goal-setting and accountability.

 5. Annex 4: Regenesis & Organizational Client

Purpose: Define the direct engagement between Regenesis and organizational clients.

Key Responsibilities of Regenesis:

1.     Provide programs, workshops, and tools tailored to organizational needs.

2.     Ensure measurable impact, actionable insights, and follow-through.

3.     Offer ongoing support, guidance, and reporting on outcomes.

4.     Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities of Organizational Clients:

1.     Clearly communicate objectives, challenges, and available resources.

2.     Commit to active participation in programs and implementation of agreed actions.

3.     Provide timely feedback and data to support evaluation of outcomes.

Relationship Principles:

·       Mutual accountability for impact and results.

·       Open communication and alignment of objectives.

·       Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

 6. Annex 5: Regenesis & Individual Client

Purpose: Define the direct engagement between Regenesis and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities of Regenesis:

1.     Provide access to personal development programs, coaching, and resources.

2.     Customize guidance to align with client goals and desired outcomes.

3.     Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust support as required.

4.     Ensure confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities of Individual Clients:

1.     Actively participate in programs and follow guidance.

2.     Provide accurate information about goals, progress, and challenges.

3.     Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.

Relationship Principles:

·       Collaborative focus on growth, skill development, and measurable results.

·       Transparency, trust, and accountability.

·       Continuous feedback and alignment of actions with goals.

 7. Privacy Policy

Purpose: Inform users how Regenesis collects, uses, and protects personal data.

Data Collected: Name, contact info, organizational role, engagement history.

Use: To provide services, communicate, and improve offerings.

Sharing: Only with consent, legal requirement, or RGNL facilitation.

Retention: Data is retained as long as needed for service provision, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

Rights: Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection.

8. Cookie Policy
